Factory construction unit price

The unit price for design documents including factory design, pre-engineered factory design price, armored concrete factory design, and office combined factory design. As follows:

• Unit price applies for pre-engineered building, prefabricated warehouses, industrial factories, simple garages (100mm concrete foundation for goods, the total weight of forklifts operating less than 5 tons), construction area > 1500m2, high less than 7.5m, steel core columns, or concrete columns, steel trusses, iron box, 100mm wall construction, under 1.5m high and then tole roofing, tile roof: Factory construction unit price from 1.350.000đ/m2 – 1.550.000đ/m2 (depend on the area).
• Unit price applies for construction of large-aperture pre-engineered steel buildings (150mm 2 iron layers concrete foundation used for heavy goods, the total weight of forklifts operating under 6.5 tons): Construction unit price from 1.500.000 VND / m2 – 1.800.000 VND / m2 (depending on the area). 
• Unit price applies for construction of pre-engineered buildings, armored concrete factories: unit price from 2.500.000VND/m2 – 3.500.000VND/m2
